EGYPT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Visas
are required by all nationals except for Malta and Arab residents. Non-Egyptian
visitors to Egypt are required to possess a valid passport. Egypt travellers
can obtain an entry visa at any of the major airports or ports of entry. All
foreigners coming to Egypt should possess a valid passport (with at least 6
months before expiry) to get an entry visa. The visas are obtainable from Egyptian
Diplomatic and Consular Missions abroad. Visas can also be obtained from
the country’s visa department at the Travel Documents, Immigration and
Nationality Administration (TDINA) building at Mogamma. You can apply for
either a single entry visa which entitles you to a stay for up to one month and
is valid for presentation for up to three months, or you can apply for a
multiple entry visa which is limited for up to three visits.
